Manor Way Primary Academy is rated 'Good' by Ofsted in September 2018.
We are delighted that inspectors rated the effectiveness of our leadership and management. personal development, behaviour and welfare, and early years provision as 'Outstanding'.
Our latest inspection in May 2024 was an ungraded (Section 8) inspection. The evidence gathered suggests that the inspection grade might be outstanding if a graded (section 5) inspection were carried out
now.

Inspectors commented that children in early years (nursery to reception) "get off to a great start" and that "the teaching of reading and phonics is very effective".

Inspectors state that "the school's work to promote students personal development and welfare is outstanding" and that "students have excellent opportunities to influence the work of the school".

Inspectors comment "the behaviour of students is outstanding" and that "students are proud of their school". The attentiveness and enthusiasm of students were also noted.

Inspectors state that progress in reading, writing and maths by end of key stages 1 and 2 "represent good rates of progress". Children reaching a good level of development by the end of reception represents "good progress".
