Breakfast Club

We are delighted to announce that Manor Way Primary Academy has been chosen as one of just 750 schools across the country to be a part of the government's new Free Breakfast Club Programme!

This is a huge achievement and a testament to our school's commitment to the well-being and academic success of our pupils. The selection process was highly competitive, and our school was chosen based on our strong reputation and the belief that we can make a significant and positive impact with this project. We are proud to be at the forefront of this initiative, which will provide a nutritious start to the day for all our pupils.

The new program aims to ensure every child has a healthy breakfast to fuel their learning, which research has shown can lead to improvements in attendance, behaviour, and attainment. This is a perfect fit for our school's values and our ongoing efforts to support every child's potential. We look forward to being an "early adopter" school, helping to shape the future of this national rollout. This incredible opportunity not only benefits our current students but also positions us as a leader in educational support and innovation.

Our Breakfast Club is open to Manor Way Children from Reception to Year 6 from 8.20am - 8.50am each school day. If you require Breakfast Club from 7.45am, please contact Manor Way Activity Club here.

Spring 2026

As we begin this new term, we are excited to build on the fantastic success of the Free Breakfast Club that was started last term. I know many parents took advantage of the free childcare facilities we now have on offer, and many children enjoyed a softer start to their school day.

To ensure we can continue to provide a safe and well-staffed Breakfast Club, it's essential that we have significant notice for attendance. This allows us to plan appropriately and ensure every child is supervised and cared for. Therefore, we will continue to have a strict cutoff for all bookings.
