PSHE & Relationship, Sex and Health Education (RSHE)

From September 2020, it became a statutory requirement that all schools in England teach Relationship and Health Education as a fundamental part of the curriculum. 

We have adopted an award winning scheme of learning called '1decision' to enhance our Personal Social and Health Education offer; this scheme also covers Relationships too. We are really excited to deliver what this scheme brings with its interactive videos and teaching materials to aid and further support discussions in the classroom. 

We believe that our personal potential offer at Manor Way is really strong and this additional resource will ensure all pupils' continue to receive a broad and ambitious curriculum offer. 

This comprehensive schemes resources are mapped to the PSHE Association’s Programme of Study and has held the PSHE Association kitemark for over a decade. The PSHE Association no longer kite marks whole school programmes, but when they did, this scheme was recognised.
